Clear Path Justice is an unincorporated organisation based in Derbyshire, with a bank account, committee, and constitution.

What we collect
The website can collect different information depending on what you choose to do.
- Updates: name, email address, consent wording, and signup source.
- Quiz: the Double Standard Quiz runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to Clear Path unless you choose a contact or evidence route.
- Evidence record: information you choose to submit through the linked Google Form. This may include sensitive experiences, police-force information, dates or approximate dates, and contact details.
- Support the work: payments are handled by Stripe. Clear Path may receive payment and supporter information from Stripe, depending on the payment settings.
- Petition links: petitions are handled by Change.org. Their own privacy terms apply when you leave this website.
Why we use information
- To send campaign updates where you have asked for them.
- To understand patterns connected to stalking, harassment, abuse, disability, police response, complaints, and justice-system failure.
- To keep a careful evidence record where people choose to contribute their experience.
- To manage support, donations, governance, safeguarding, and responsible growth of the organisation.
- To respond to access, correction, deletion, withdrawal, or safeguarding requests.
Lawful basis and consent
Email updates are based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@clearpathjustice.uk with "unsubscribe" in the subject or message.
The evidence record may include special category information, such as health, disability, trauma, safeguarding, or abuse-related information. Where Clear Path asks for this kind of information, we ask for a clear consent statement and keep update consent separate.
Clear Path aims to collect only information that is relevant and necessary for the stated route you choose.
Who can see information
Access is limited to people who need it for Clear Path's work, governance, safeguarding, administration, or evidence-record handling.
Clear Path will not share detailed case material with campaign partners, public bodies, journalists, lawyers, funders, or other third parties without a clear reason and explicit consent, unless required by law or needed to respond to an immediate serious safeguarding risk.

How long we keep information
Update signup information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Evidence-record information is kept while it is needed for the purpose it was collected, including pattern analysis, safeguarding, governance, or accountability work. Clear Path will review what it holds and remove information that is no longer needed.

You can ask to access, correct, restrict, delete, or withdraw consent for your personal information. Some rights may depend on the context and the reason the information is being held.
